This year’s Association for Jewish Studies conference is being held in San Diego and begins on Sunday, running through Tuesday. I’m not able to be there this year, so I’ve asked Ari Kelman, Assistant Professor of American Studies at UC-Davis, to do some guest blogging for us.

Check back here next week to read Ari’s thought and impressions of the papers and presentations.

A full conference schedule is available here.
