Old Jews Telling Jokes has a tried, tested, and true formula. It goes something like this: Old Jews + Jokes = Funny. It is much better than the previous formula of Old Jews + Prunes = Funny.
But now the website is testing out a new formula that has ought to be controversial: Old Jews + Technology That I Don’t Even Fully Understand = More Funny.
Call me old fashion, but I don’t fully understand Google Voice. Was there really such a pandemic of people not being able to remember all of your numbers that you had to merge them all into one number? Whatever. I digress.
Old Jews Telling Jokes’ flaw in the past has been that the only old Jews on the site were people who the site operators knew. But no more. Thanks to Google Voice (once again, why we needed Google Voice for this is beyond me), old Jews around the country can now call in to the site and tell their funniest joke.
