Go to Israel, Fall in Love

Nefesh B’Nefesh is getting in the matchmaking game to the surprise of approximately no one. This Ynet article discusses a recent “Bachelor’s Flight” of people making aliyah, with a nice handful of singletons looking to find love in the Holy Land.

Tony Gelbart, the founder of Nefesh B’Nefesh who organized the “bachelor’s flight,” said that they deliberately organized the seat assignment so that single guys and girls sit next to each other and perhaps would form a bond during the flight, leading to a possible relationship, and who knows, perhaps even a wedding.Kobi_Israel.img_assist_custom.jpg
Awwww.

In the interest of full disclosure, I should say that:
a)    That article makes me want to puke a little bit
b)    I have fallen in love in Israel
c)    It did not go well
d)    I think it’s adorable (bordering on silly) that any of these American guys think they have a chance with Israeli girls
