An Introduction to Coastside Mussar: The Principles & The Practice
Hosted By: Coastside Jewish Community
An Introduction to Coastside Mussar: The Principles (Jan 18th) is free and will answer questions, like:
• What exactly is Mussar? What are its origins and tenets? What is its purpose? Why is it valuable?
• What is unique about “Coastside Mussar”? Why is it attractive to both theists and non-theists?
Those who want to experience the practice and its benefits can also register for the subsequent four-week virtual course, An Introduction to Coastside Mussar: The Practice, taught by Rabbi Moshe Heyn.
The course consists of four 75-minute group-practice sessions on Zoom (1/25, 2/1, 8 & 15). It includes complete instruction materials, guidance, and support. Participants will also be matched with “chevruta (study) partners” or they can choose their own study partner(s).
