Celebrate Two Years of Daf Yomi

Hosted By: My Jewish Learning

January 5, 2022 marked two years into the current Daf Yomi Talmud study cycle, and two years into My Jewish Learning’s email newsletter, “A Daily Dose of Talmud.”

In the past two years, nearly 50,000 people have studied Talmud with us through our daily emails highlighting the most interesting, unique, esoteric, or controversial discussions on each page. Hundreds of leading Jewish thinkers have shared their voices and their interpretations of Talmud with our readers. Thousands of learners have debated and discussed what they’ve read in our Daily Dose discussion group.

The event featured special guests:
Rabbi Benay Lappe, Founder and Rosh Yeshiva, SVARA: A Traditionally Radical Yeshiva
Rabbi Dov Linzer, President and Rosh HaYeshiva, Yeshivat Chovevei Torah
Jeffrey L. Rubenstein, Skirball Professor of Jewish Thought & Literature, New York University
Rachel Scheinerman, PhD, Editor, My Jewish Learning
Neshama Carlebach, Singer and Songwriter
Rabbi Asher Lopatin, Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council/AJC
