During the last dictatorship in Argentina (1976 -1983), 1,900 Jewish people disappeared.
On International Woman’s Day, pay tribute to the Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo (Grandmothers of the Missing Babies), especially to the vice president of the organization, Rosa Roisinblit, a 102 year old Jewish grandmother, who continues to fight for human rights and for the recovery of hundreds of babies kidnapped during the dictatorship.
