The Women of Fiddler

Hosted By: Moment Magazine

The award-winning, Off-Broadway production of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish is returning to New York City. As the proverb goes, “Behind every great man is a great woman” which could not be more true when it comes to the women of Fiddler. Join Jennifer Babiak (Golde), Joy Hermalyn (Yente) and Merete Muenter (Associate Director) for a conversation about these women, who they really are and why we love them. In conversation with Tony Award-nominated director, actor, singer and author Eleanor Reissa, former artistic director of the Folksbiene Yiddish Theatre.
