Dayeinu: The Practice of “Enough”

Hosted By: Institute for Jewish Spirituality

A week-long series of mindfulness practices to cultivate our capacity for experiencing Hodayah, gratitude – our innate ability to simply be with and to appreciate life just as it is in the moment. Each session will focus on a different aspect of gratitude and explore its role in the process of ongoing personal and collective transformation during the Omer, the period between Passover and Shavuot.
