Technology Ethics
Hosted By: The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning
With TikTok and ChatGPT in our daily headlines, it feels as though technology is inescapable. The fact is that technology is a major part of all our lives and it seems like it will be even more so in the future. With this reality, it is more important than ever to seriously consider the ethical issues technology brings to the forefront. In this four-part course taught by expert Melton teacher Rabbi Johnny Solomon, you’ll examine a number of these ethical dilemmas. Explore the moral issues that exist from sharing our lives and interacting with others on social media. You’ll also examine a range of ethical issues emerging from the use of Artificial Intelligence in travel, healthcare, and by the military.
