Release and Recharge: Connecting to your Authentic Creative Expression

Hosted By: Ritualwell

The creative process never exists in a vacuum: we create from our emotions and circumstances, and sometimes these are the things that stop us from creating. How do we get unstuck? How can we release what is holding us back?

In this monthly salon, poet and sound practitioner Elana Bell guides us through her process of getting “unstuck.” Using sound meditation, breathwork and other healing modalities, Elana will help you to release what is holding you back and make room for the creative energy that can move you forward. Our intention is for you to leave this workshop more deeply connected to your authentic creative voice and be ready to put it to use.

We meet once a month to recharge, release, and express. Join us, regardless of your experience level or creative modality. All are welcome.
