The Global Jewish Literary Alliance hosts a conversation between Elizabeth McCracken, the 2024 Wingate Prize winner for “The Hero of This Book,” and Sabrina Orah Mark, the Jewish Book Council’s 73rd National Jewish Book Award winner for autobiography and memoir for her book “Happily.” The authors will discuss their books, which revolve around complicated family relationships, the struggles and joys of motherhood, and their relationship with themselves as writers. The conversation will be moderated by the Jewish Book Council’s fiction editor, Josh Rolnick.
