‘Hitler and the Nazis: Evil on Trial’ Discussion

Hosted By: The Museum of Jewish Heritage-- A Living Memorial to the Holocaust

The Museum of Jewish Heritage presents “Hitler and the Nazis: Evil on Trial,” a virtual discussion. Filmmaker Joe Berlinger will discuss his six-part documentary series on the rise and fall of the Third Reich, framed by the Nuremberg trials and eyewitness testimony of journalist William L. Shirer. Berlinger will be in conversation about the series with Deirdre van Dyk, William L. Shirer’s granddaughter, and Ruth Ben-Ghiat, author of “Strongmen: Mussolini to the Present.” It will be moderated by film curator and writer David Schwartz. It is recommended to watch the series on Netflix before attending the program.
