The Ultimate Rosh Hashanah Brisket Masterclass

Hosted by The Nosher, this brisket cooking class will be led by Brad Mahlof, winner of PBS’ “The Great American Recipe.” In this 60-minute session, Mahlof will share expert tips and guide participants through the brisket-making process, from selecting the meat to perfecting it in the oven. Recipe sheets will be provided in advance for those who want to cook along, with both a traditional Jewish brisket and a version using symbolic Rosh Hashanah flavors.
