Rabbi Rachel Sabath Beit-Halachmi was ordained at Hebrew Union College and earned her doctorate at the Jewish Theological Seminary. Currently, she serves as a senior fellow at the Kaplan Center for Jewish Peoplehood and as rabbi at Ohavay Zion Synagogue in Lexington, Kentucky. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Rabbi Ofer Sabath Beit-Halachmi, and their three children.
