Caitlin Brooking

Originally from Methuen, Massachusetts, Caitlin Brooking came to Mississippi in 2007 to assist with Hurricane Katrina volunteer relief efforts as an AmeriCorps Program Coordinator, and has yet to be asked politely to leave. She is currently a Master's student in Sociology at the University of Mississippi, serves as a CEED Innovation Fellow with the McLean Institute for Public Service and Community Engagement, and continues to work with national and community service programs throughout Mississippi.
