Harry Rubenstein

Harry Rubenstein is a pastry chef and culinary guide based in Israel, who leads food tours through Israel's markets and writes about Jewish cuisine and culture. After leaving a semi-illustrious career in the tech industry, he pursued formal pastry training at Bishulim - The Israeli Institute of Culinary Arts and has been sharing Israel's diverse food traditions through his market tours since 2017, along with cooking classes and his Substack newsletter, "Harry's Baked." Harry lives in Modi'in with his family and sidekick/dog, Action Jackson.
