Inbal Baum is the founder and CEO of Delicious Israel - a culinary company that shows off Israeli food and wine to visitors through tours, cooking workshops, private Shabbat dinners and the latest offshoot - Koofsa - a subscription box service delivering Israeli goodies to your doorstep. After working as an attorney in a New York City law firm then later as a consultant in the Start-Up Nation, Inbal left behind her desk job and moved to Israel in 2009 to follow her entrepreneurial heart and passion.
