Lynda Balslev
Lynda Balslev is an award-winning cookbook author, nationally syndicated columnist, recipe developer and editor based in the San Francisco Bay area. A New England native, Lynda attended Le Cordon Bleu École de Cuisine Paris and remained in Europe, writing and cooking for more than 15 years in Switzerland, England, and Denmark before moving to Northern California. She has authored five cookbooks, and writes, edits, and develops recipes for cookbooks, magazines, and digital media, including NPR, Relish, Parade, Eating Well Magazine, Culture Magazine, and Wine4Food. Lynda is a regular contributor to and food editor of Marin Magazine and pens the weekly, nationally syndicated column TasteFood.
