Rebecca Cooks
Rebecca started her blog in 2018 as a personal challenge; moving from her dependence on big chain supermarkets to local shops and producers in Glasgow. She grows her own organic from her allotment in the Southside of Glasgow which inspired a real passion for eating seasonally and promoting Scotland's natural larder. Since then, she has worked with multiple brands offering recipe development work and food styling, offers private catering services for events and recently launched her own Mexican street food truck 'Aztaco' in a converted vintage 'Rice Beaufort' horse box.
