S.J. Pearce

S.J. Pearce is an associate professor in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese Languages and Literatures at New York University. Her first book, The Andalusi Literary and Intellectual Tradition (Bloomington, 2017), is about the translation of Judeo-Arabic literature from medieval Spain for wider European audiences. She is currently writing a biography of Moses Maimonides for Reaktion Books' Medieval Lives series.
