Sabrina Ovadia was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco and grew up watching her mother and grandmother create delicious dishes from scratch using fresh, local ingredients and spices from the market. She moved to New York city to pursue her studies and after graduating from college discovered her passion to recreate the dishes she enjoyed growing up. Her cooking style features fresh, yet familiar dishes made from scratch using high quality ingredients. Sabrina takes age-old Moroccan recipes passed down from mother to daughter and recreates them for a healthy, modern lifestyle.
