The Kibbutz – an Israeli economic and social innovation – has undergone a metamorphosis from its early agricultural commune to the modern “renewed kibbutz.” Israeli sociologist and emeritus professor Eliezer Ben-Rafael, a kibbutz veteran, will explore the social dynamics which have transformed the Kibbutz.
