Hosted By: Jewish Theological Seminary of America (JTS)

The Jewish Theological Seminary will host an online lecture featuring Dr. Amy Weiss, director of the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies and assistant professor of Judaic Studies and History at the University of Hartford. Dr. Weiss will discuss the shifting relations between American Jews and evangelicals, highlighting how support for Israel has transformed American interreligious affairs. The talk will examine historical events, such as the American Jewish Committee’s 1977 award to evangelist Billy Graham, to explore the evolving dynamics of these interfaith relationships.
