Ancient and Modern Jewish Wisdom

Hosted By: My Jewish Learning

It is traditional to explore Pirkei Avot, Ethics of the Fathers, a collection of Jewish wisdom written by our ancient rabbis, between Passover and Shavuot. Join us for a 3-part series in which we will explore notions of wisdom; interpersonal (and intrapersonal) skills; effective learning; forgiveness and generosity in Jewish communal life.

We’ll consider the relevance of the perspectives we encounter and their contemporary meaning for our own wise living.
