Kabbalah Experience hosts a free introductory session for the News Cycle Survivor Support Group with Rabbi Jamie Arnold. This weekly online gathering supports those engaged with today’s social and political challenges by drawing on Kabbalistic wisdom, meditation, discussion, and humor. The goal is to help participants navigate turbulent times with dignity, sanity, and grace.

Rabbi Jamie Arnold

Rabbi Benjamin (“Jamie”) Arnold has been a student of mysticism, Buddhism, meditation and Kabbalah and the teachings of Mussar for more than 25 years. He has served as a congregational rabbi and teacher since 1997, and came to Congregation Beth Evergreen in Colorado as their first full-time rabbi in 2005.
