From Sepharad to Savannah and Beyond: Southern Jewish Cooking and Culture

Join us on Sunday afternoons for this 3-part online class, led by culinary historian Sara Gardner. Together, we will explore Southern Jewish culture and cuisine.
Class 1 (October 10) will focus on the Sephardic influences in Savannah, Georgia. Class 2 (October 17) will then travel to the Ashkenazi Delta. For class 3 (October 24), we will wrap up with a deep dive into Jewish Soul Food.
This class is offered in partnership with the Center for Adult Jewish Learning and the Southern Alliance for Jewish Education (SAJE). All are welcome!
