Rachel Sundet is a chef known for the success of her culinary team’s beloved Mamaleh’s Delicatessen & Restaurant, as well as Café du Pays, which she helped open in 2017. Rachel runs the bakery department, making bagels, bialys, challah, babka, and much more. Rachel also helped open State Park, a stylized dive and, cocktail den with elevated Americana cuisine in Cambridge. Rachel was named a StarChefs Rising Star Pastry Chef and Boston Magazine‘s Best Pastry Chef in 2015.
