Roy Ben Bashat has played guitar since his childhood growing up in Tel Aviv. Roy honed his skills at the Tel Aviv Conservatory and at the Berklee College of Music. His music talents straddle many genres, including classical, jazz, and R&B. Roy is skilled in both performance and composition, and has worked with artists such as Darren Barrett and Fernando Michelin. He participated in the Betty Carter’s Jazz Ahead 2019, performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. In 2020, Roy joined forces with JArts for our Taste of Israel week.
