One Page at a Time: Study Talmud Like a Pro

The Talmud, one of the most important texts in Judaism, is the focus of a three-part program led by Melton teacher Rabbi Ben Kramer, who will engage in an in-depth study of a single page—Tractate Bava Metzia 21. Participants will explore the text line by line using an English translation, discussing the Talmudic obligation to return lost objects, and will also study the traditional commentaries of Rashi and Tosafot that appear on the page.
