Opening Our Hearts with Song

Cantors from three Scarsdale-area synagogues (plus one Manhattanite!) will join together in a joyful celebration of Jewish song, with many of their own beautiful compositions, selections from Broadway musicals, Israeli, and traditional tunes.

Shaarei Tikvah’s annual concert will be on Thursday, June 8 at 7:00 pm at Shaarei Tikvah, 46 Fox Meadow Road in Scarsdale.

The performers, who are also well-known composers, are Cantor Gerald Cohen, of Shaarei Tikvah, Cantor Benjie Ellen Schiller of Bet Am Shalom, and Isaac Sonnet-Assor of Westchester Reform Temple along with Cantor Natasha Hirschhorn of Ansche Chesed in Manhattan.
