Parenting Journeys with Jewish Wisdom
Hosted By: The Union for Reform Judaism (URJ)
Parenting young children is a journey with ups and downs. Meet fellow travelers for a series of facilitated, small group conversations to share strategies, stories and laughter. Tap into the collective experience of parents like you and the expertise of early childhood educators, with a dose of Jewish wisdom. Topics we’ll explore include celebrating your child’s uniqueness, listening and communicating effectively, establishing routines and traditions, setting limits, and more. Put your kids to bed, pour your favorite beverage and put up your feet – no driving required!
Facilitated by veteran Chicago-area Jewish early childhood educators Susie Wexler, Holly Krakow and Etty Dolgin.
Note: Space is limited so please register. We encourage attendance at all six sessions.
