Standing (or Sitting!) at Sinai with Rabbi Sam Feinsmith, Institute for Jewish Spirituality

Hosted By: Institute for Jewish Spirituality

This week-long series is part of the Institute for Jewish Spirituality’s ongoing, free, drop-in Jewish mindfulness meditation sessions, which are led by an array of outstanding teachers. “Standing (or Sitting!) at Sinai” will include a 15-minute teaching followed by 20 minutes of seated meditation, Mourner’s Kaddish, and 10 minutes of Q&A for those who wish to stay on. The series will take place via Zoom.

During this week-long series, you will learn how to:
• Tune-in to the transmission of your inner Torah
• Distinguish intuitive insight from the activity of the everyday mind
• Develop a deeper sense of your own consciousness as your “inner Sinai”
• Cultivate your capacity for feeling guided into wisdom by a loving transcendent presence
