Thaw, Release, and Renew: A Shevet Day-Long Mindfulness Retreat

This retreat will offer a mindfulness practice rooted in the rhythms of nature and the Hebrew month of Shvat. The day will include guided meditation, wisdom teachings, embodied practice, and journaling, held primarily in sacred silence. Open to practitioners in their 20s and 30s at all experience levels, including those new to meditation.
