The Center for Jewish History will screen “The Life and Times of Hank Greenberg,” a documentary about America’s first Jewish baseball star and his impact on American Jews during the Depression and World War II. The film features interviews with Hank Greenberg, family members, sports figures, and celebrities. A post-screening conversation with director Aviva Kempner, sports columnist Ira Berkow, and Hank Greenberg’s son, Stephen Greenberg, will be moderated by Rebecca T. Alpert.
