Discover the history and heritage of Romanian Jews by walking past the recently restored Choral Temple (1867), known as the most beautiful synagogue in Romania. See the Great Synagogue (1848) which catered to the Ashkenazi community and the unique Yiddish theater, active to this day, where actors continue to learn Yiddish and interpret works by the great Jewish playwrights in their original language.
