While trying to find some cooking demonstrations online, I came across a gem in “Feed Me Bubbe.”
Basically Avrom plays host to his bubbe’s instructive videos for Jewish recipes. Classics include blintzes, tzimis, mandle bread, and the infamous two-part chicken soup special.
But that’s not all. Bubbe answers viewer questions and shares a Yiddish word of the day.
Now in her second season, Bubbe, aka, Bayla Scher, has been featured on ABC Night News and in the Wall Street Journal.
It’s not a professionally made or acted show. And that might just be the best part of it.
