I know it’s almost the end of summer, but BBQ season is far from over. Not to mention, you can make awesome burgers anytime on a cast iron pan indoors, and so really, if you like burgers as much as I do, burger season never ends.

And I know what you have been really wondering: How can I add some more Jewish flair to my burgers? I am here to help address this pressing question.

My favorite way to add some delicious, salty Jewishness to a great burger is grilled pastrami of course. Paired with spicy mayo and sauerkraut and you have a burger that is definitely above average. You can also try making challah hamburger buns like these from Iron Whisk.

And if grilled pastrami or challah buns aren’t enough, check out these three delicious recipes. Then let us know what kind of burgers you are making  — post on our Facebook page or tag #noshthis on Instagram & Twitter.
