Passover Cookies with Shannon Sarna

On Sunday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. ET I will be getting the Passover party started with a one-hour cook-along class featuring TWO of my favorite Passover cookie recipes: chocolate dipped macaroons and rainbow cookies.

Ethiopian Yellow Split Pea Stew with Chef Beejhy Barhany

On Monday, March 15 at noon ET, Chef Beejhy Barhany of Tsion Cafe in Harlem, NY will be showing how to make Ethiopian Kik Alicha (yellow split pea stew) and sharing stories about traditional Ethiopian Passover traditions. *Please note Chef Barhany will be preparing a dish with kitnyot.

French Onion Brisket with Jake Cohen

On Thursday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. ET Instagram food star and cookbook author Jake Cohen will be showing how to make his French Onion Brisket and answering all your burning questions about how to make perfect brisket every time.

Passover Kugel Two Ways with Sonya Sanford

On Sunday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET food writer, video producer, and chef Sonya Sanford will be showing kugel two delicious ways: potato kugel cups (perfect for a side dish or fast Passover breakfast) and a sweet, apple matzah kugel.

Yemenite Haroset and Hilbeh with Doreet Jehassi

On Monday, March 22 7:30 p.m. ET, food entrepreneur and owner of the Malawach Bar Doreet Jehassi will be showing how to prepare two traditional Yemenite dishes for Passover.

Passover Pavlova with Chef Lior Mashiach

And last but certainly not least, on Wednesday, March 24 at 10 a.m. ET Israeli pastry chef Lior Mashiach will be teaching how to make a showstopper non-dairy Passover pavlova with jam and fresh berries.
