Natalie Portman married right. Her husband French choreographer  Benjamin Millepied, who she met while working on the film “Black Swan,” not only travels with her for shoots and supports her — but he actually makes her bagels.

The “Thor: Love and Thunder” star revealed this important relationship tidbit during an interview with guest host Sean Hayes on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” where the two discussed  her family’s pandemic baking projects (the actress loves baking with her husband and two kids, Aleph, 11, and Amalia, 5.)

“My husband made bagels,” she proudly announced to the audience, while waggling her eyebrows.

As the crowd ooohs and aaahs, Portman expanded — “if you know a way to a Jewish girl’s heart, that’s it.”

Truer words have never been said (unless you can’t have gluten, then gluten-free bagels are the way to a Jewish girl’s heart).

Portman, 41, also shared that Millepied didn’t cut any corners, making bagels the classic way — “he was like boiling it then baking it, I was like ‘what’s happening?!’” she said with audible delight.

When asked about the bagel’s accouterments, Portman replied “it was plain… but you gotta start somewhere.”

This isn’t the first time the actress, who was once caught on camera eating a schmear-laden bagel on camera, mentioned the delicious carby Jewish treat.

“I ate a bagel an hour ago,” she revealed in a 2010 interview about the film “Black Swan.” “I consume my own weight in hummus every day. I cook a lot, and I even do vegan baking.”

Portman has indeed shared some of the amazing vegan recipes she now makes for her family, from vegan latkes, to Israeli breakfast. But when it comes to bagels, she’s letting her man spoil her — and we love that for her.

Let’s learn all from Natalie — get yourself a special someone who is willing to make you bagels. I would take a platter of fresh bagels over a bouquet of flowers any day. There is truly no greater sign of love (and yes, if you want to make your loved one a bagel, we do have a recipe for you.)
