Whether it's a unique take on haroset, a standout seder dish or a matzah-based marvel we've never even heard of!

With Passover fast approaching (eek, we know!), we’re so excited to announce that The Nosher team’s been cooking up a special project — and we need your help!

We’re putting together a special community cookbook featuring your treasured Passover recipes — whether it’s a unique take on haroset, a standout seder dish or a matzah-based marvel we’ve never even heard of. We know that finding delicious, creative meals for all eight days can be a challenge, so let’s share our collective culinary know-how, years of experience, and the stories and people behind our go-to Passover dishes to make the holiday easier, more enjoyable, meaningful and delicious.

We’re calling on our treasured online community to submit recipes that reflect the incredible diversity of Jewish cuisine. We love brisket and matzah ball soup as much as you do (seriously!), but we’re looking for as much variety as possible — recipes from around the world, dishes that embrace tradition but also innovation, and yes — kitniyot recipes are welcome! In keeping with the long-standing American tradition of community cookbooks, you do not need to be a “cook,” a “chef” or even a “balabusta” to contribute.

If you’d like to see your beloved Passover recipe featured, all you have to do is fill out this short form by February 18. We’d like to know the name of your recipe, the recipe itself (please include measurements where you can!), and a little bit about why it’s so special to you — perhaps you have a specific memory of eating it or of a person who made it with love, or an association with a specific place. We’ll reach out if your recipe is selected.

Keep the flavors of Jewish food alive.

The Nosher celebrates the traditions and recipes that have brought Jews together for centuries. Donate today to keep The Nosher's stories and recipes accessible to all.

Let’s make this the most exciting Passover table yet!
